Well , busy week this week , spent most of it signing on with agencies the good side is that I've been told that my CV is 'good and strong !' and they should have no problem placing me . The bad news is that my sleep has gone to pot and I feel so tired all the time.
I sign the final paperwork on Monday then that's that, I'm officially unemployed . I had to apply for my birth certificate as I can't find mine.
The weather is beautiful at the moment and it's nice not to be tied to an office.
Yesterday when I was at an interview for an agency , there was a repatriation at the place where the interview was - we stopped the interview and went outside to pay our respects while the cortege passed through - so sad , these young people no longer have the chance of walking in the sunshine - it put my problems in perspective.
Have a lovely weekend and take care all my bloggy friends

Hi Jan,
I've been catching up with my blog friends after my own 'life dramas', and I'm sad to read about the problems you've had with your job. A friend of mine went through a very similar situation, where one of her superiors made her life hell at work, even though she carried out her job well for many years. She also went through the legal system to fight the injustice, but ended up leaving in sheer frustration. She found another job which is further from her home, but she is much happier there, and wonders why she stayed so long at the other place! Probably because the money was good (like you, she can't afford not to work) and it was closer to home.
So, keep your chin up. Good luck in finding another job, and thank your lucky stars you don't have to put up with this FF person. He will get his 'just desserts' in due course...isn't that an old-fashioned saying! You don't hear it much these days.
{{hugs}}

What bad luck you've had, dear Jan - All the health flare-ups too, which can't have been helped by being bullied at work...
Some people are just control freaks who damage those around them and eventually destroy organisations - People sometimes think they are powerful leaders, but they are just mentally ill - So there! I am cocking a snook at FF as I type. Hope it helps.
Loved your photos of your cottage and the latest, very cute, stitchery!
Good luck in the jobs market, precious, and take the employer for whatever you can get out of them - No-one will think any the worse of you for doing it... Good luck, fingers (and legs!) crossed. Fhi xxx
So sorry it's come to this Jan but, on the bright side, you won't have to put up with ff any more - am sure that will help your health issues for the better. I hope this new beginning brings you a whole lot of good things, including a better job with a much nicer boss. Lots of (((((((((hugs))))))))).
